Mr. Eran Laser
Director of the Talpiot division and Joint director of John Bryce Training, Matrix Training Division.
Since the establishment of John Bryce Training in 1994, has served as joint CEO and built up the leading training company in Israel , with branches in Israel and abroad.
Under his management, John Bryce has become the leading IT training group in Israel and throughout the world, and a pioneer in the mix of e-learning technologies and methodologies.
He served in the IDF computer center as deputy commander of the training unit, and has a degree in computers and mathematics from Bar Ilan University .

Mr. Ziv Mandl
Director of the Talpiot division and Joint director of John Bryce Training, Matrix Training Division.

Mrs. Libby Affen
Chief Operating Officer for Talpiot. Mrs. Libby Affen has over thirty  years of technology  and managerial  experience in a wide variety of capacities. 
Libby  began her career as a developer in the U.S. and quickly moved into progressively more responsible positions in both the United States and in Israel .   She has worked with  a wide range of technologies, including database, client server and the Internet and has managed  both large commercial ventures for industry and major development efforts for the government.
As Chief Operating Officer, Libby manages over two hundred and fifty professionals at Talpiot's  two outsourcing centers while maintaining strong relationships with Talpiot clients. She carries overall responsibility for all systems and projects.
Libby holds a degree in Computer Science from Thomas Edison University.

Mr. Ronen Engler
VP Sales and Marketing of the Talpiot division – the Matrix development center, operating by the offshore outsourcing method.
In his position,Mr. Ronen is responsible for promoting Talpiot's business and sales in Israel and worldwide, with computer units, software houses, start-up companies and high tech companies.
Mr. Engler has considerable experience and knowledge of the Israeli software and high tech market .
In his previous position in John Bryce Training – the Matrix training division , Mr . Engler was the VP Sales and Marketing , Development and System Engineering Department Manager and Oracle Instructor.
Mr. Engler has a BA in business management and human resources from Ben-Gurion University, and is a graduate of a John Bryce course for retraining university graduates as programmers.

Mr. Joseph Rosenholtz
Mr. Joseph Rosenholtz has over 18 years of experience assisting Fortune 500 corporations in a variety of industries helping to define the strategies, processes, and technologies used by IT. As the leader of an independent consultancy he has been in the forefront of major initiatives in financial services, healthcare, banking and E-Commerce, providing technology direction and process oversight.
Joseph has written papers and lectured at technology industry conferences and, owing to his expertise and communication skills, is frequently called upon by clients to teach principles of object technology.
For the last three years, Joseph has been helping to identify the methodologies and processes that allow companies to cost-effectively employ offshore resources.
As the North American representative for Talpiot, the outsourcing division of Matrix, he brings his years of experience designing and building large-scale projects offshore to the Israeli American market.
