Matrix to offer expanded Oracle Development at Talpiot Development Center. (October 2, 2005)

Matrix is expanding the capabilities offered at its Talpiot development center. The division currently provides Oracle development capabilities such as Oracle Forms, PL SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Applications and more. By the end of the year the development teams will consist of 40 Oracle environment and Oracle ERP programmers. During October 2005 another class will start training at the Talpiot division and will include an emphasis on Oracle technologies. During 2006, and as part of the expected growth in the Talpiot division, the number of Oracle environment programming teams may reach 100.

Ronen Engler, the Matrix Talpiot division's VP for marketing and sales, indicates, “In recent years the Oracle ERP market has been growing and accelerating. Parallel to this there is an increased shortage of programmers in this field. The Talpiot division is aware of this trend and is training its employees in accordance with market demand. Today we are running a number of Oracle environment database projects and recently began our first project with Oracle ERP development tools. Based on the project's great success and the increasing demand in the field, we are establishing a training center at the Talpiot division. Shortly Matrix's customers will be able to receive Oracle development services at most attractive cost levels”.
