The Talpiot outsourcing center at Matrix has been chosen by the Menorah-Mivtachim group to develop the company's operational and business insight reports.

A team of six ultra-Orthodox women, working as systems analysts and developers, will design the reporting system using data from Menorah systems, which work in an AS/400 environment.

According to Etti Stern, manager of operational software at Menorah, "We discovered that there are a large number of reports we produce in the company that could also be created by an external professional body. We chose the Talpiot division at Matrix because of the high quality of their work and the low cost."

Stern also points to the social contribution involved in Menorah employing a team from the Talpiot division, giving women from the ultra-Orthodox sector the opportunity to join the labor force in a work environment appropriate to their needs.

According to Ronen Engler, VP marketing and sales of the Talpiot division, the Menorah insurance company joins a long list of companies in the financial sector and in other industries that are working with Talpiot in Israel and around the world. He attributes the success of the collaboration with Menorah due to the strong partnership and professionalism of both sides. Engler adds that other insurance companies, both Israeli and American, have expressed an interest in the capabilities that the Talpiot team can offer.
