Faced with the prospect of enlarging its staff to move to the latest version of its software, AEG contacted Talpiot after carefully screening other potential offshore companies.
Uri Kops, CIO, said, “We looked at many alternatives, but Matrix and Talpiot offered the best value. Matrix / Talpiot offer strong technology, excellent communications skills and a proven development process, at highly competitive rates”.
Joseph Rosenholtz, the Matrix/Talpiot representative in the U.S. helped AEG work through the processes it would need to be able to succeed in the complex migration.
Ronen Engler, VP of Sales and Marketing for Talpiot, designed the specialized training that AEG required. As part of the agreement, developers for the project received six weeks of intensive training in a variety of technologies, including VB, .NET, SQL, XML and JavaScript, from the John Bryce Training institute. John Bryce is the technology training division of Matrix. Developers then received additional specialized training from AEG staff.
More than a month into the project, Uri Kops notes: “The work has gone even better than I anticipated…”
